After 35 years working inside and alongside some of the world's most respected organizations, including Google and Spencer Stuart, I've sat across from thousands of senior leaders. I've assessed them, placed them, developed them, and watched them closely. What I discovered is this: the leaders who plateau, get passed over, or burn out rarely do so because they lack skill. They do so because they lack self-knowledge.

That gap between how you see yourself and how you're actually showing up, in the boardroom, in a difficult conversation, under pressure, is where everything either breaks down or breaks open. My job is to help you close it.
