I’m a former executive recruiter, conscious leadership expert, speaker, author, and executive coach. My mission is to help you remember who you are and lead from that awareness. Through Fifth Dimensional Leadership, I offer practical tools and honest conversation so you can bring more trust, love, and resilience to your life and your workplace.

I grew up in Riverside, California with two amazing parents and a knucklehead brother. I studied French and linguistics at the University of California, Davis and later earned my MBA at Kellogg at Northwestern.
Over the past 35 years, my career has spanned executive recruiting, talent management, financial services, and entrepreneurship. I was a Partner at Spencer Stuart and later Director of Executive Recruiting at Google, working with senior leaders across industries.
Along the way, I came to see leadership differently — not as titles or authority, but as consciousness and connection. That realization became the foundation for Fifth Dimensional Leadership™.
Today, my work focuses on unlocking potential in people, systems, and cultures.
This is a growing movement of leaders raising the standard for how we live and work together.
Being a leader isn't reserved for the few at the top. It belongs to anyone willing to show up with clarity, compassion, and courage. My work helps you claim that power, regardless of level, title or rank, and use it to lift others.
